Okay, I’m in campaign one and I have three ads. Under the “ads” tab the column :% served” says 100 percent for my first ad and the other two are zero percent. How to I change those percentages?

  1. The first thing is to check and make sure your ads are approved under “status” and also that none of them are “paused”. Both of these will cause your ads not to be displayed.

You can also check under the settings tab and click on “advanced settings” and check under the “Ad delivery: Ad rotation, frequency capping” and look at your ad rotation setting.

  2. Go to campaign in Adwords, then settings, then look at bottom of page and look at Advanced settings - Choose Ad delivery, rotation and then choose Rotate: Show Ads More Evenly

This makes sure all your ads are rotated evenly so you can start split testing which one is best. Remember as soon as one is the obvious loser, create a new ad and keep testing.
