Try to go to the Google help pages and put in AdSense or search “Google” help until you can get a phone number for a technical help desk. They may, however, be closed for Thanksgiving. Be persistent. Look under “Contact Us” or Dogpile search for the number, if no one can answer here. Good luck. I had the same problem with Yahoo.
